Kinsella Holdings Limited has been established in Guernsey and in turn has established a subsidiary company, Kinsella Solutions Limited, which employs individuals and arranges for the hire of their services to third parties.  Kinsella Holdings Limited has also established a discretionary trust. 

Kinsella Holdings Limited, its subsidiaries and the discretionary trust are managed by a long established trust and company service provider in Guernsey which in turn is managed by qualified accountants and is licenced by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.  Guernsey has one of the highest levels of financial regulation in the world, in fact, higher in certain areas than is the case in the United Kingdom.
