The Kinsella group provides a discretionary trust under which you are able to receive interest free loans.
- The taxation of interest free loans is in line with current tax legislation.

You do not need your own limited company or be VAT registered, therefore associated costs may be eliminated.

You would no longer require the services of an accountant thus also eliminating all of the accounting costs of your limited company.
- You will need to complete a personal tax return each fiscal year which will also include any other income that you have or capital gains that you have made. This can be organised on your behalf.
